Java / J2EE Developer – Full Stack Application Engineer – AWS Lamda

Environment: Oracle (application layer), JAVA (middle), AngularJS, AWS Lambda, Agile

Required for Java Development:

Spring stack (DI, AOP, Security, Boot, etc.)
JPA/Hibernate
REST APIs
Unit testing with JUnit
DB/SQL (Oracle/Postgres SQL)
Git/Maven/Gradle
Code Reviews
Agile
Testing strategy and implementation

The following experience a plus:

Elastic Search/Lucene
BPM/Activiti
AWS Cloud

Projects

1. Project 1 will track orders throughout their life cycle and identify the broker-dealers handling them, thus allowing regulators to more efficiently track activity in Eligible Securities throughout the U.S. markets.

2. Project 2 is an end-user facing application that analyzes trading, slicing and dicing data for end users to digest. It is a decision support tool.

Tasks will include new development, enhancements and working with AWS. This person needs to be a ‘solid citizen’ – good communication with very solid technical skills
