Assess Current State

• Partner with Key internal resources spanning the SDLC to understand day to day activities

• Identify current existing development and release process & procedures

• Gather documentation including workflows, current automation usage release process, product profiles, standards docs.

• Participate in daily standups to understand culture & daily practices

• Audit entire tool suite spanning the SDLC & provide detailed view into day to day activities & process  release and deployment flows

• Review current release process in place that are both understood & enforced to include security and compliance process and requirements

• Review software delivery model & any automated framework for deployment & testing

• Work in conjunction with Operations to understand activities, responsibilities & expectations

• Infrastructure & Environmental review
